Clients on subscriptions enjoy predictable monthly costs over the life of their projects, guaranteed availability of dedicated services and a partnership that fosters long-term strategic planning and priority support. Subscriptions start at as little a NZD $5k/month.

How do you handle the time zone difference?
We are used to working with many time zones. We’re committed to providing a seamless collaboration experience, no matter where you are in the world. Our team is flexible and willing to adjust our working hours to ensure we have overlapping time for meetings, updates, and essential check-ins. We also use asynchronous communication tools to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
How does KISSLabs ensure its designs appeal to international audiences?

What tools do you use for remote collaboration and communication?
We use state-of-the-art project management and collaboration tools, including Slack, Zoom, Teams and ClickUp. These help us maintain clear and efficient communication channels, share updates, and collaborate on design elements in real-time, ensuring you're involved and informed at every step of the process. If you have a preferred tool of choice we can probably accommodate it too.
How do you manage projects with physical deliverables for overseas clients?
For projects requiring physical deliverables, we either work with overseas printers/manufacturers or rely on established processes to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping. We work with reliable courier services and provide detailed tracking and updates on shipping progress. We also anticipate and manage any customs and importation challenges to minimise delays.
Is it possible to arrange face-to-face meetings with the team?
Yes! While the geographical distance might make in-person meetings challenging, we are open to face-to-face meetings, especially for significant project milestones. More often though, we rely on video meetings via Zoom, Teams, GoogleMeet etc. It’s better for the environment too.

Does KISSLabs take cryptocurrency as a form of payment?
Yes, we do! We have been accepting cryptocurrency for many years and will continue to do so. Currently, we accept DASH and USDC, and we can also accommodate other currencies upon request.
